With Version 10, you can set up CollectMax to send emails when failures in automation occur.
Note: This is a Version 10 Feature. For information on obtaining Version 10 or any other optional Module, please contact the Sales Department.
To set this up, go to Definitions>Automation>EMail.
This will bring up your SMTP settings. Here is where you will establish where the email will be sent from and to whom, in the event of an automation failure.
By checking the Active box, you can also receive a notification when there’s an exception in the automation process.
